Casting Shop Supervisor

Job Title: Casting Shop Supervisor Schedule: Monday Friday, 4:00 AM until finish; overtime as needed

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Casting Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced casting environment. This role requires hands-on leadership, technical expertise, and a commitment to maintaining high production standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of casting shop personnel
• Ensure efficient setup and operation of casting equipment
• Monitor production schedules and adjust workflows to meet deadlines
• Maintain quality control standards and troubleshoot casting defects
• Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and operational procedures
• Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to minimize downtime
• Enforce safety regulations and ensure a clean, organized work environment
• Track production metrics and report performance to management

• Prior experience in casting or manufacturing supervision
• Strong understanding of casting processes and equipment
