Threading Lead Man – All Tex Personnel

Baytown, TX Full‑Time $23.00 – $24.00 per hour

Position Overview

All Tex Personnel is seeking an experienced Threading Lead Man to support a high‑volume pipe manufacturing and threading operation. This role requires strong mechanical skills, leadership ability, and hands‑on threading experience.

Shift

• 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Full‑time schedule; overtime may be available based on production needs

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of the threading crew
• Ensure the threading operations section functions efficiently to meet quality and productivity targets
• Coordinate and schedule threading activities, manage work orders, prioritize tasks, and adjust schedules for machine or staffing issues
• Enforce quality standards (including API), monitor finished products, handle incident reporting, and implement preventative measures
• Provide troubleshooting support, work with maintenance teams, ensure equipment runs efficiently, and oversee machine setup
• Implement safety protocols, conduct incident investigations, and maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Organize and control manpower according to production requirements
• Train workmen and allocate required tools and documents as per system requirements
• Perform quality checks using gauges and inspection tools
• Communicate production status to supervisors and management

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Threading Lead Man or senior threading operator
• Strong knowledge of API thread standards
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications
• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
• Leadership experience in an industrial or manufacturing setting
• Bilingual preferred
• Reliable, safety‑focused, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
