Job Order: Heavy‑Duty Forklift Operator

Pay: Starting at $18/hr Schedule: Rotating Shift Location: Baytown, TX

Position Overview

We are seeking dependable Heavy‑Duty Forklift Operators to support material‑handling operations in an industrial environment. This role involves moving large pipe materials, supporting production flow, and maintaining a safe, efficient work area.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate heavy‑duty forklifts to move, load, unload, and stage materials
• Transport large pipe sections and industrial components safely
• Assist with general yard or shop tasks as needed
• Maintain equipment and report any mechanical issues
• Follow all safety procedures and adhere to shift requirements
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards

Preferred Experience

• Experience with common welding methods
• Skilled with handheld tools used in industrial or fabrication environments
• Familiarity with pipe yards or heavy‑industrial settings

Requirements

• Experience operating heavy‑duty forklifts (large‑capacity preferred)
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Must be able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation
• Strong safety awareness and ability to follow instructions
• PPE Required: Steel‑toe boots, safety glasses, gloves, and any additional site‑required protective gear
