About the job Ambassador

As Ambassador , we rely on you to:

- Review the daily arrival list to identify assigned VIPs, and special guests.

- Inspect assigned rooms/suites prior to arrival to ensure immaculate housekeeping standards and correct amenities (welcome fruits, wine, etc.).

- The Welcome: Meet guests personally at the drop-off point or lobby upon arrival. Perform a swift, personalized check-in (avoiding queues).

- The Connection: Immediately provide the guest with the Ambassador Hotline / Personal Contact (Zalo/WhatsApp/Kakaotalk/Viber), encouraging them to contact you directly for any need, 24/24.

We are looking for someone who:

- Maintain a "24/24" connection status (via team rotation) to ensure no guest message goes unanswered.

- Proactively check in with guests daily (via text or a quick meet-up) to ensure their happiness.

- Assist with all resort arrangements: Restaurant reservations Restaurants, Spa bookings, Recreation information, Transportation

- Issue Resolution: This is the core duty. If a guest complains (AC, noise, food quality), the Ambassador owns the problem. AMs responsible to connect with other department to solve it; follow up personally until the guest confirms they are satisfied.

- Has a minimum of 1 years of position experience

- Is proficient in oral and written English
