About the job Korean Guest Experience Coordinator

As Korean Guest Experience Coordinator, we rely on you to:

Actively promote and upsell Food & Beverage, Recreation, and Spa services to guests at the lobby promo desk and around the resort.

Lead and facilitate Alma Discovery Camp activities specifically tailored for Korean guests.

Act as a liaison between Recreation, Spa, F&B, Front Office, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and clear communication for Korean-speaking guests.

Provide cultural and language support to enhance guest satisfaction, minimize communication barriers, and encourage repeat visits.

Drive incremental revenue through personalized recommendations and active participation in promotional campaigns.

Collect and gather reviews from Korean guests to support our feedback initiatives.

Support the Marketing and Guest Relations team in promoting resort events and experiences to the Korean market.

Provide translation and interpretation assistance for Korean guests as needed.

Maintain excellent grooming standards and deliver outstanding guest service at all times

We are looking for someone who:

Is between 2330 years old.

Is fluent in Korean (spoken and written), with strong English communication skills.

Possesses excellent interpersonal and guest service abilities.

Presents a professional appearance with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality.

Has previous experience in hospitality, guest relations, or recreation (preferred).

Demonstrates flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and during special events.
