About the job Training Manager

As Training Manager, we rely on you to:

Conduct training needs analysis and develop comprehensive training strategies.

Partner with department heads to design and implement tailored training programs.

Deliver engaging general training sessions across the organization.

Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate all training activities to ensure effectiveness.

Develop training programs aligned with our Quality Improvement initiatives.

Establish and maintain an active trainers' club.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to departmental trainers.

We are looking for someone who:

Has 35 years of training and development experience, with at least 2 years in a training management role within 45 star hotels/resorts or international hospitality groups.

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Hospitality & Tourism Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Demonstrates proven ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs (including orientation, on-the-job training, soft skills, and leadership development).

Is fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing).

Possesses excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Shows passion for staying current with emerging training methodologies and digital learning trends.
