About the job Water Park Manager
As Water Park Manager, we rely on you to:
Oversee all water park safety protocols and daily operations to ensure seamless guest experiences
Ensure strict staff compliance with safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Lead emergency response situations with swift, effective decision-making and crisis management
Conduct comprehensive safety training programs and maintain clear, consistent team communication
Coordinate seamlessly with maintenance, housekeeping, F&B, and other departments to optimize operations
Take full accountability for all aspects of water park performance and guest satisfaction
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience as a Watersports Manager or Recreation Manager, successfully managing multiple stakeholders
Demonstrates complete ownership and accountability for waterpark operations and outcomes
Holds current certifications in lifeguarding, water safety, and first aid/CPR (strongly preferred)
Brings a minimum of 23 years of management experience, preferably in water parks or amusement facilities within luxury hotels/resorts
Has excellent English communication skills (written and spoken); additional foreign language skills are highly valued
Excels in interpersonal communication, guest service, and effective problem-solving
