About the job Italian Chef consultant

As an Italian Chef consultant, we rely on you to:

- Consult on the development, enhancement, and upgrading of Italian cuisine menus in line with 5-star resort standards.

- Provide guidance on culinary concepts, presentation styles, and quality standards for the Italian restaurant(s) within the resort.

- Conduct hands-on training and coaching for the kitchen team, including recipe transfer and cooking techniques.

- Develop the culinary skills, technical knowledge, and Italian cuisine mindset of local kitchen staff.

- Advise on the selection of high-quality and suitable ingredients, ensuring consistency and availability.

- Propose cost optimization solutions while maintaining premium culinary standards.

- Work on a short-term or long-term consultancy basis, depending on resort requirements.

We are looking for someone who is:

- A formally trained culinary professional with a strong foundation in Italian cuisine.

- Possesses extensive knowledge of both traditional and contemporary Italian cooking.

- Currently residing and working in Vietnam (preferred).

- Available for flexible engagement: one week per month over the next three months, or a continuous three-month placement.
