Russian Guest Relations Agent

As Russian Guest Relations Agent, we rely on you to:

Assist Russian guests throughout their stay, with special attention to VIP arrivals, in- house services, and departures.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all room types to optimize sales and guest satisfaction.

Promote hotel services, facilities, daily banquet events, and F&B outlets with accurate operation times.

Deliver personalized, courteous service to exceed guest expectations and create memorable experiences.

We are looking for someone who:

Is fluent in Russian.

Communicates naturally, politely, and professionally with guests.

Has experience in hospitality, tourism, or resort settings.

Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills with ability to adapt to various situations.

Has knowledge of English or other languages as an advantage.
