About the job Assistant Purchasing Manager
As Assistant Purchasing Manager, we rely on you to:
Assist in identifying, negotiating with, and maintaining relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Ensure orders are placed on time, track delivery schedules, and manage inventory to avoid shortages.
Develop and implement purchasing strategies that align with company goals and budgetary constraints.
Monitor and analyze spending to ensure the company stays within budget while obtaining high-quality goods.
Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation for accounting and reporting purposes.
Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
We are looking for someone who:
Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in performing purchasing functions for a large company, preferably a hotel/resort.
Has excellent English communication skills.
Demonstrates ability to train, evaluate performance, and develop staff.
Shows proficiency in analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and purchasing data to make informed decisions
