As Brand Performance Marketing Assistant Manager, we rely on you to:
- Own end-to-end digital marketing performance — website analytics, paid campaigns, SEO, and social — translating data into strategies that grow direct bookings and revenue
- Manage our digital advertising agency relationship across Google Ads, Social Ads, Naver Ads and other relevant platforms — briefing campaigns, overseeing SEO execution, and collaborating with web support on UI/UX improvements to ensure every digital touchpoint works hard toward direct bookings and revenue targets
- Build and maintain a best-in-class digital presence across all platforms — Google Business, TripAdvisor, and social — ensuring brand consistency and conversion
- Execute social media strategies focused on driving measurable results and brand engagement
- Deliver accurate monthly performance reports — covering digital advertising, SEO, web analytics, and social
We are looking for someone who:
- Is fluent in web analytics (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and comfortable turning data into clear decisions
- Thinks in funnels — from awareness to confirmed booking — and knows how to optimize each step
- Has hands-on paid media experience across Google and Meta, with a track record of managing agency partners and budgets toward measurable results
- Juggles multiple channels and deadlines without dropping the ball on reporting or optimization
- Presents performance data to leadership in plain language that drives decisions, not just documents activity
- Takes ownership, spots what's working and what isn't, and acts on it
