Collaborate closely with Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef on innovative menu development, seasonal specials, and strategic restaurant promotions.
Inspire and mentor a high-performing culinary team to consistently deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Ensure strict adherence to Food Safety Management Systems, operational procedures, and hotel standards
We are looking for someone who:
Demonstrates culinary creativity with a proven ability to elevate both flavor profiles and food presentation standards.
Brings extensive experience in the same role within 5-star hotels or resorts.
Possesses strong financial acumen to meet monthly revenue targets and optimize food cost management.
Communicates with excellence and professionalism in English.
