The Project

We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to support our "Recruiting-on-Demand" strategy. You will act as a vital link in our operations, ensuring workforce availability for our clients' sustainable scaling and ad-hoc demands.

Specific Deliverables and Tasks

• Workforce Planning and Role Profiling: Regular alignment across brands to ensure workforce availability. This includes capacity forecasting, profile screening, pipeline management, and internal database mining.
• Compliance and Eligibility Verification: Perform technical screenings of international qualifications to ensure full adherence to regional regulations. Conduct thorough document audits.
• Visa and Documentation Management: Manage the preparation and renewal of all necessary legal documents (including Preliminary Approvals) to minimize errors and wait times.
• Job Ad Development: Create high-conversion job descriptions and advertisements using the AIDA framework and SEO principles.
• Smart Ad Distribution: Audit and select the most effective distribution channels, from major job boards to specialized niche portals.
• Budget Steering: Track ROI and perform A/B testing on recruitment channels to shift spend toward the highest-quality candidate sources.

Required Skills

• Linguistic Excellence: High-level fluency in both Serbian and English (written and verbal) is mandatory.
• German Language: Proficiency in German is considered a huge plus.
• Recruitment Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional experience in screening and interviewing.
• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience working with ATS platforms and modern sourcing tools.
• Professional Mindset: Ability to meet deadlines and maintain process integrity in a structured environment.
