Senior Business Travel Consultant (German Speaker)

We are currently partnering with a leading international travel management company to recruit Senior Business Travel Consultants for an exciting and fast-growing project.

This is a great opportunity for experienced travel professionals seeking a flexible remote or hybrid role anywhere in Portugal, within a dynamic and international environment.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business travel arrangements (flights, hotels, car rentals, etc.)
• Provide high-quality support to corporate clients, ensuring a smooth travel experience
• Handle changes, cancellations, and complex itineraries efficiently
• Work with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to search, book, and manage travel services
• Ensure compliance with travel policies and client requirements
• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and digital channels
  

Your Profile

• Fluent in German (C1/C2) and a good level of English
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Travel Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with GDS systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and comfortable managing complex travel requests
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment
