We are partnering with a leading international company in Portugal to recruit Customer Support Specialists for a large-scale public infrastructure project based in Porto.

Your Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, tolls, and service information
  • Register requests, complaints, and inquiries in internal systems, ensuring full traceability
  • Perform billing, collections, and revenue reconciliation tasks
  • Communicate with external stakeholders, including authorities and regulatory bodies, when required
  • Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations
  • Contribute to service quality, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction
  • All communication is handled via phone, email, and digital channels
    

Your Profile

  • Native or C1 level Dutch with good command of English
  • Comfortable interacting with customers and handling administrative tasks
  • Detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in data handling and documentation
  • Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Well-organized and reliable in following procedures and deadlines
  • Willing to work in a structured and regulated environment
  • Previous experience in customer service, billing, collections, or administration is a plus
