We are partnering with a leading international company in Portugal to recruit Customer Support Specialists for a large-scale public infrastructure project based in Porto.

Your Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries related to accounts, billing, tolls, and service information
- Register requests, complaints, and inquiries in internal systems, ensuring full traceability
- Perform billing, collections, and revenue reconciliation tasks
- Communicate with external stakeholders, including authorities and regulatory bodies, when required
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Contribute to service quality, revenue protection, and customer satisfaction
- All communication is handled via phone, email, and digital channels
Your Profile
- Native or C1 level Dutch with good command of English
- Comfortable interacting with customers and handling administrative tasks
- Detail-oriented, with strong accuracy in data handling and documentation
- Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Well-organized and reliable in following procedures and deadlines
- Willing to work in a structured and regulated environment
- Previous experience in customer service, billing, collections, or administration is a plus
