We are partnering with a leading multinational technology company seeking a Customer Support Specialist -German to join their team in Lisbon. In this role, you will support customers with premium memberships on a well-known streaming platform.
Your Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
- Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective solutions
- Identify customer issues, troubleshoot, and resolve them efficiently
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department or senior support when necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cases are properly resolved
- Accurately document all interactions, categorize cases, and report potential bugs
- Maintain and update all relevant administrative records
Your Profile
- Native or fluent in German (written and spoken)
- Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify technical information
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
- A team player with a proactive attitude
