We are currently recruiting Dutch-speaking Support Specialists on behalf of a leading global Customer Experience company, supporting one of the world's largest international e-commerce platforms.

Your day-to-day
- Provide customer support via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner
- Assist with inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns
- Identify issues and deliver clear, effective solutions
- Support external sellers with platform-related questions
- Provide information about digital products and services
- Escalate more complex cases to internal teams when needed
- Accurately document customer interactions in internal systems

What we're looking for
- Fluency in Dutch (mandatory) and good command of English
- Previous customer support experience is a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using digital tools and systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
