We are partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit a Customer Service Representative - Dutch for an exciting opportunity in the online advertising and digital services industry.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Lisbon, where you will support small and medium-sized businesses using self-service advertising solutions to grow their online presence.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide support to small and medium-sized business clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with account setup, platform navigation, and troubleshooting
- Deliver pre- and post-sales support for digital advertising products
- Guide clients on how to effectively use tools to optimize their online campaigns
- Identify recurring issues and trends impacting multiple clients
- Share customer feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvements
Your Profile
- Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken), with good English skills for internal communication
- Comfortable working with digital tools, platforms, and online environments
- Strong customer focus with clear and professional communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage client requests efficiently
- Previous experience in customer service or a contact center is a plus
- Willing to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
