We are partnering with a leading global customer experience provider to recruit a Customer Service Representative - Dutch for an exciting opportunity in the online advertising and digital services industry.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Lisbon, where you will support small and medium-sized businesses using self-service advertising solutions to grow their online presence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide support to small and medium-sized business clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist clients with account setup, platform navigation, and troubleshooting
  • Deliver pre- and post-sales support for digital advertising products
  • Guide clients on how to effectively use tools to optimize their online campaigns
  • Identify recurring issues and trends impacting multiple clients
  • Share customer feedback and insights to contribute to product and service improvements

Your Profile

  • Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken), with good English skills for internal communication
  • Comfortable working with digital tools, platforms, and online environments
  • Strong customer focus with clear and professional communication skills
  • Able to work independently and manage client requests efficiently
  • Previous experience in customer service or a contact center is a plus
  • Willing to work rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • High school diploma or equivalent
