About the job Security Guards
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and assets.
- Conduct regular patrols and security checks to prevent unauthorized access or suspicious activities.
- Monitor and operate security surveillance equipment (CCTV, alarms, etc.).
- Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies.
- Control entry and exit points by verifying identification and authorizations.
- Write daily security reports and incident logs.
- Assist in emergency evacuation procedures if required.
- Communicate effectively in English as per EPT Level 3 standards.
Physical & Experience Requirements:
- Must be physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a security guard (experience certificate required).
- Must have the ability to respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies.

- Medical report (valid for at least 2 months)
- Passport copy
- Recent photograph
- Additional Skills & Competencies:
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle stressful situations professionally.
- Good verbal and written communication in English.
- Basic knowledge of first aid and fire safety procedures is an advantage.
- Team player with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline.
Work Environment:
- Rotational shifts (day/night) may be required.
- May involve working in outdoor conditions depending on the site location.
