Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee the erection, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding structures at construction sites in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of scaffolding techniques, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate scaffolding teams to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Plan scaffolding requirements based on project specifications.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure scaffolding is installed correctly and safely.
• Ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations and industry standards.
• Identify potential risks and take corrective measures to prevent accidents.
• Maintain accurate records of scaffolding activities, materials, and safety checks.
• Liaise with site engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders for smooth workflow.
• Train and mentor scaffolders to improve their skills and adherence to safety protocols.
• Report any incidents, damages, or issues to the site management team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in scaffolding, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Scaffolding Supervisor certification (CISRS, OSHA, or equivalent preferred).
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding techniques, load calculations, and risk assessment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and scaffolding plans.
• Familiarity with UAE construction safety standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable working at heights.
