Description:

We are looking for an Application Manager de SAP CX/C4C  to join a project in the automotive sector.

You will be part of an experienced SAP team, that will provide you the support that you need.


Responsibilities:

  • As a member of the second-line support team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving incidents and problems related to the platform. This includes managing configurations and/or code to address issues effectively;
  • You will play an active role in implementing new modules and overseeing the rollout of the current solution to newly acquired group companies in different geographical locations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT or related field;
  • Minimum of 1 year of professional experience working with SAP CX (ex-C4C) products;
  • Strong technical-functional knowledge of modules, procedures, dependencies, and integration flows;
  • Ability to manage configurations and understand the core system, including tables and customization using "Z tables;
  • Experience in PDI/SDK is highly appreciated;
  • Preferably, previous experience in a technology company with hands-on implementation experience;
  • Good analysis problem-solving skills;
  • Good communication skills, and ability to work well in teams;
  • Fluency in English (Plus).
