About the job IT Support Linux

We are looking for an IT Support Linux to join a project at a company specializing in the management of financial markets.


  • Provide level 1/2 technical support.
  • Troubleshoot security alerts, research specific solutions, and deliver them.
  • Promptly respond following processes to alerts in monitoring tools.
  • Manage security changes according to any necessary change management process.
  • Ability to handle, track, review, and orchestrate received tickets.
  • Prioritize tasks according to SLAs.
  • Work with the team to identify service improvements.
  • Proactively identify, own, and escalate any impactful issues.


  • Academic background in a computer-related field, such as a degree, CET, or equivalent certification.
  • Familiarity with operating systems like Windows, Linux, Solaris, and databases such as MS SQL and Oracle.
  • Experience with monitoring tools like Logic Monitor, Nagios, and Grafana.
  • Understanding of the ITIL framework.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages, including Shell and Python.
  • Passion for the field paired with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in English (mandatory)
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative team player.
    Availability to work in shifts (24/7).
