  • Perform thorough testing of games to ensure they are free of errors, bugs, or any technical issues that impact the player experience;
  • Oversee ticket management and assist in resolving issues reported by users;
  • Gather and review documentation to ensure games meet all regulations and standards set by the regulatory body;
  • Assess and predict game security to safeguard against potential threats and maintain the integrity of player transactions and data;
  • Pinpoint improvements and recommend adjustments to elevate the player experience and keep the competitive edge in the market.


  • Bachelor's degree in Informatics, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in the role;
  • Experience with ticket management software and Agile methodologies;
  • Knowledge of UX/UI;
  • Experience in test automation with Java, Python, C#, JavaScript, and other programming languages will be considered a plus; 
  • Good set of soft skills like: Strong communication, Critical and analytical thinking, and negotiation skills;
  • Fluency in English (mandatory).


  • Hybrid work (3 days a week at Espinho office).
