Tech Lead (Backend)

We seek a dynamic and experienced Tech Lead to join a team and drive the development of innovative products. The ideal candidate will guide the client's technical team, make key decisions, and ensure that technology aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the engineering team, providing guidance on architecture, design, and best practices.
• Drive the technical direction from concept to product-market fit, ensuring that our solutions meet market needs and are scalable.
• Oversee and contribute to backend development efforts, working primarily with Java, Rust, or Golang.
• Utilize your deep understanding of blockchain technology to influence the design and implementation of our products. Share your previous work and contributions via GitHub or related materials.
• Design and manage distributed systems and microservices architecture, ensuring high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with enterprise clients as a solutions engineer, providing tailored technical solutions that meet client needs.
• Lead the team in an agile development environment, making informed decisions under uncertainty and adapting quickly to changes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years leading a B2B tech startup as a technical manager, with experience in driving projects from the early stages to product-market fit.
• At least 3 years of experience in the blockchain space, with a portfolio of related work (GitHub contributions or similar).
• 3 years of hands-on backend development experience with Java, Rust, or Golang.
• Strong background in designing and implementing distributed systems and microservices.
• Proven experience in a solutions engineer or product engineer role, particularly in enterprise settings.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and a strong ability to make critical decisions in uncertain environments.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team and deliver complex projects on time.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on solving complex technical problems.
• A passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
