Requirements:

• Proven experience in a leadership role, with a track record of managing successful teams.
• Proven experience working as a team lead in legal fields.
• Proven experience handling VAWA cases is a must!
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Relevant industry or technical expertise (depending on the department)
