Responsibilities:

  • Proactively pursue new sales opportunities by implementing designated strategies and directives.
  • Meet sales targets and deadlines set by the team.
  • Collaborate with fellow team members to enhance process efficiency and achieve better outcomes.
  • Handle customer onboarding and verification following operational procedures and policies.
  • Gain a deep understanding of the organization's products and ensure accurate information is provided to customers.
  • Address customer inquiries promptly through email, SMS, and phone channels.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Liaise closely with various departments within the organization, particularly in payments and collections, to ensure smooth and transparent interactions.
  • Uphold the organization's code of ethics and related policies.
  • Contribute to the production of sales reports.
  • Participate in the training and mentoring of team members.
  • Assist in documenting operational procedures for the team.
  • Offer suggestions and ideas for enhancing operational systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the team leader.

Requirements:

  • Have minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Cold Calling or Online Customer Support
  • Possess a higher education qualification.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish (native) language.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales of financial products.
  • Familiarity with customer onboarding and documentation verification processes.
  • Quick learner with a passion for sales.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on achieving results.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel.
