Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive 23 enterprise deal closures per month, ranging from 550 units per deal.
  • Engage directly with C-suite executives to demonstrate value and ROI.
  • Accelerate procurement cycles, moving beyond pilots to full-scale rollouts.
  • Translate pilot programs into chain-wide deployments across large retail and hospitality organizations.
  • Present the solutions cost ($2,000/month per unit) as a strategic value proposition.
  • Develop a repeatable sales playbook to enable future team scaling.
  • Deliver measurable outcomes:
  • First deal closed in Month 1
  • 20+ units deployed across 3 customers by Month 3
  • 100+ deployments and $2M+ ARR by Month 6
  • Expand into adjacent verticals such as hospitality and lodging (e.g., reception and concierge use cases).
  • Build enterprise-level relationships with major retailers and hospitality groups.

What Were Looking For:

  • Proven success closing $500K+ enterprise deals in under 90 days.
  • Experience selling business transformation solutions (ERP, POS, large-scale automation, etc.) rather than just point products.
  • Deep knowledge of retail/hospitality operations and the associated margin challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to create and scale sales playbooks for new teams.
  • Established enterprise relationships within Fortune 500 retail/hospitality.
  • Experience with out-of-home (OOH) advertising sales at enterprise scale is a plus.
  • Ability to effectively demo and position technology with a focus on business outcomes and ROI.

Interview Process:

Initial Screen: Introductory conversation to assess fit and alignment.

Team Interview: A deeper discussion with sales/leadership stakeholders.

Case Study Session: A live 1-hour pitch simulation to evaluate client-facing and deal-closing skills (no take-home assignment).
