The Corporate Security (CorpSec) team safeguards the internal environment: from employee laptops and SaaS applications to network and endpoint security. Their mission is to secure systems at scale while ensuring employees remain productive, collaborative, and empowered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Security Leadership: Design, implement, and oversee endpoint security solutions for macOS, Chromebook, and mobile devices always balancing usability with robust security.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Corporate Engineering to integrate endpoint, SaaS, and data security into the broader technology strategy.
- Strategic Planning: Define and execute the security roadmap, setting measurable objectives and delivering scalable solutions.
- Team Development: Mentor, guide, and grow a high-performing security engineering team, leading hiring efforts and establishing a strong engineering culture.
- Hands-On Contribution: Stay technical by conducting code reviews, drafting technical documentation, participating in incident response, and assisting with on-call rotations.
What Were Looking For:
- 712 years of combined software and security engineering experience.
- 5+ years of proven expertise in securing endpoints and SaaS applications at scale (1,000+ employees).
- 5+ years in engineering management or TLM roles with a track record of building and scaling teams.
- Strong technical background in Golang or Python, Docker, AWS/GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Zero Trust security models (Cloudflare, Zscaler) and securing mobile endpoints (iOS, Android).
- Demonstrated ability to design and scale production-ready security services.
- BS/CS degree preferred.
Not a fit if: Work history shows frequent short stints (<2 years each), profile is overly senior (Director+), or experience is limited to small startups only.
