What would you be doing:

  • 1st Layer (Creating the ad creatives)
  • Research competitors' ads, break down components of ad creatives, and come up with hypothetical reasoning on every element of the creatives
  • Research for ideas using social media apps, finding recent hot trending news and topics in the target country

  • Coming out with ideas on how the ad creatives are going to be, the copywriting text, the scripts for videos, and the footage

  • Collaborate with Video editors and graphic designers to bring ideas to life

  • 2nd layer (FB/TikTok/Google ads marketing)
  • Create, monitor, analyze, and edit performance marketing campaigns.
  • Measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and strategies.
    • Executing marketing campaigns via Facebook ads, traffic sources, Google ads, and other marketing tools.
    • Prepare performance reports for management.
    • Experiment with new platforms and channels.
    • Ensure ads are creative and displayed appropriately.
    • Monitor costs and return on investment.
    • Able to stand by during the weekends to manage FB campaigns.

     NOTE: Heavy training will be provided for every single job task above. You are going to be learning from the best of the best.

    To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

    • We prioritize creativity a lot more than your skill set to manage FB campaigns and analyze data
    • You must be committed and passionate about creating engaging creatives
    • At least 1 year of experience managing paid social media advertising portals. (If you are highly creative and you are keen to learn, FB ads and data analysis can also apply even without FB ads skills.)
    • Decent understanding of advertising and marketing principles, particularly for online audiences.
    • Expertise in market research, ad copy creation, testing, and optimization.
    • Chinese must be 8 out of 10, English can be 7 out of 10
    • Proven ability to think critically and work proactively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to handle additional hours when necessary to meet deadlines and project demands.
    • A passion for driving business growth.
