What would you be doing:

• Work From Monday - Saturday (Half Day), 10:00AM - 7:00 PM.

• Perform outbound and cold calls using provided customer databases to promote products and achieve sales targets.

• Use prepared sales scripts to communicate product features, benefits and promotions accurately.

• Build rapport with customers, handle objections professionally, and maintain strong client relationships

• Upsell relevant products or services by presenting current deals and promotions persuasively

• Continuously improve sales techniques and adapt to customer needs

• Meet or exceed monthly KPIs and conversion targets

• Provide feedback and ideas to enhance campaigns and improve outreach strategies

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• 1-2 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or conducting sales calls.

• Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (spoken & written).

• Proficient in utilizing computers.

• Objection handling for the customer, conceptualizing, and championing innovative and unconventional solutions.

• Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and adeptly managing time.

• Exemplary attention to detail to ensure adherence to high-quality standards in deliverables.
