What would you be doing:
Work From Monday - Saturday (Half Day), 10:00AM - 7:00 PM.
Serve as the main point of contact for key Thai-speaking clients, maintaining strong long-term relationships.
Conduct outbound calls using provided leads and client lists.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
Promote current promotions or deals to drive upselling opportunities.
Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely, professional manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Continuously improve sales strategies and maintain client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
1-2 years of experience in sales, account management or client services.
Excellent communication skills in Thai and English (spoken & written).
Proficiency in identifying, conceptualising, and championing innovative and unconventional solutions.
Exemplary attention to detail to ensure adherence to high-quality standards in deliverables.
Capable of effectively managing multiple tasks, setting priorities, and adeptly managing time.
