What would you be doing:

  • Coordinate day-to-day project/task operations, schedules, and team updates.

  • Act as the liaison between departments, teams, and stakeholders.

  • Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and progress reports.

  • Follow up on action items, deliverables, and deadlines.

  • Help prepare presentations, status updates, and reports for internal use.

  • Monitor project/task timelines and escalate any delays or risks to the project manager.


To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 year of experience are encouraged to apply.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related fields.

  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Knowledge in Excel, Words, Powerpoint.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
