What would you be doing:

  • Offer comprehensive day-to-day support for outlet operations.
  • Fulfill operational support requests as required.
  • Handle manager-assigned ad-hoc tasks.
  • Analyze information systematically to solve complex problems.
  • Conduct transaction verification.
  • Participate in audits.
  • Effectively manage and resolve complaints and issues.
  • Accurately document and categorize customer interactions and problems in relevant systems.
  • Promptly report emerging and recurring issues.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Educational Levels: Primary/Secondary School (O Level), Higher Secondary ('A Level/Pre-U),
  • Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven.
  • Capable of working 12-hour shifts on a rotational schedule with 6 rest days per month.
  • Familiarity with customer service principles, relevant computer applications, and
  • administrative procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to identify, analyze,
  • document, and present root causes and corrective actions.
  • Well-versed in Khmer and English.
