Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- Solid understanding of Blockchain fundamentals, including consensus mechanisms, cryptographic principles, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency in one or more Blockchain platforms/frameworks such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, Corda, etc.
- Hands-on experience with smart contract development using languages like Solidity, Go, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with financial services processes, regulations, and industry standards is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
