What You'll Do

  • Prospect like a pro Identify complementary businesses that serve our clients (fintech, HR tech, benefits, accounting, SaaS).
  • Open doors Build relationships with decision-makers at the right companies.
  • Negotiate and close deals Referral partnerships, resellers, co-marketing, integrations.
  • Keep partners engaged Track performance and maximize ROI.

What We're Looking For

  • 5-10 years of proven success in business development, partnerships, or sales.
  • Track record of finding, negotiating, and closing revenue-driving partnerships.
  • Confident negotiator and communicator who can win trust quickly.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to keep pipeline moving.
  • Bonus: Industry experience in payroll, HR tech, fintech, SaaS, or adjacent B2B spaces.

  • Build a pipeline of qualified partners ready to engage.
  • Sign and launch 35 game-changing partnerships.
  • Deliver measurable revenue impact through referrals, co-marketing, or integrations.

Compensation

  • Competitive base salary - $60-$85k annually
