What You'll Do
- Prospect like a pro Identify complementary businesses that serve our clients (fintech, HR tech, benefits, accounting, SaaS).
- Open doors Build relationships with decision-makers at the right companies.
- Negotiate and close deals Referral partnerships, resellers, co-marketing, integrations.
- Keep partners engaged Track performance and maximize ROI.
What We're Looking For
- 5-10 years of proven success in business development, partnerships, or sales.
- Track record of finding, negotiating, and closing revenue-driving partnerships.
- Confident negotiator and communicator who can win trust quickly.
- CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) to keep pipeline moving.
- Bonus: Industry experience in payroll, HR tech, fintech, SaaS, or adjacent B2B spaces.
How We'll Measure Success (First 12 Months)
- Build a pipeline of qualified partners ready to engage.
- Sign and launch 35 game-changing partnerships.
- Deliver measurable revenue impact through referrals, co-marketing, or integrations.

Compensation
- Competitive base salary - $60-$85k annually
