About the Job:
We are searching for high-energy Sales Representative who can recognize opportunities and turn leads into long-lasting partnerships. With their extensive product knowledge and understanding of industry trends, Sales Representative will communicate directly with clients and prospects, understand their individual needs, and recommend products or services that maximize value. Sales Representative may also assist in developing sales strategies and establishing quotas. You should be an adaptable, knowledgeable multi-tasker with strong computer and communication skills.
Successful Sales Representative will be skilled communicators and presenters who can find the best fit between client and product. The ideal candidate will be able organized, passionate about client relations, and focused on enhancing the buyer experience.
Primary Objectives:
- Prospecting for new clients and new referral sources utilizing the telephone, direct mail, seminars, current client visits, or other local marketing programs.
- Analyzing the customer needs and interests, determining which products are appropriate and referring to appropriate party when necessary.
- Ensure accurate data in our CRM solution to drive strategy for our future growth.
- Achieve Weekly KPIs and a Monthly/Quarterly Quota of Pipeline and closed business.
- Leverage the Go-to-Market Sales Strategy to identify customers needs and present the Symply solutions to key stakeholders and decision makers in accordance with the clients preference on in person or virtual interaction to increase revenue.
- May be required to travel outside of geographical territory for purposes of attending Conference, training sessions and/or area Zone meetings.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Payroll Systems.
- Experience selling Payroll services.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
- Must be a team player.
- Ability to write professional emails.
- Able to plan for changes, obstacles, and external forces.
- Proactive, forward looking and able to maintain a long-term, big-picture view.
Compensation:
- Annual base pay of $65,000 - $85,000 + Uncapped Commission
