Job brief
ALTUS ICT is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Executive to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth across ALTUS ICT solutions portfolio. The Sales Executive will collaborate closely with the Marketing and Operations teams to deliver client-focused proposals, manage tenders, and achieve individual and organisational sales targets.
Key Responsibilities-Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Namibias ICT market. -Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales trends and client needs.
-Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
-Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals.
-Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing, delivery, and service quality.
-Prepare and submit bids and tenders in compliance with the Public Procurement Act.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records in the CRM system.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, exhibitions, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
-Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Sales, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of proven sales experience (ICT industry experience advantageous). - Experience working with technology vendors (e.g., HP, Dell, Cisco, Fortinet) - will be an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and tendering.
- Valid Code 8 drivers licence and own transport.

Hands-on experience with CRM software.

Ability to analyse data, prepare reports, and forecast revenue.
