Licensed Health Plan Agent

Large insurance company is looking for Licensed Health Plan Agents to handle inbound calls selling health insurance plans and place outbound member outreach and welcome calls. All necessary training provided. Remote position.

Required Skills/Education:

-Active health insurance license and NPN number

-High school diploma or GED

-Prior sales/customer service experience in a call center environment (at least a year or more)

-1 year or more experience

-Assist callers quickly and efficiently within the company’s quality and compliance standards.

-Team player

This is a remote position. Dual monitors are required.
