Job Description
Responsible for providing professional and friendly food & beverage service to guests in dining rooms, buffet areas, and other restaurant venues onboard. Ensures excellent guest satisfaction by anticipating guest needs, serving food and beverages efficiently, and maintaining company service standards at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to guests
- Present menus and explain food items and ingredients
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle concerns professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in assigned areas
- Follow USPH, safety, and company policies onboard
- Assist team members during busy operations
- Attend trainings and safety drills as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years Food & Beverage service experience in hotel, resort, restaurant, or cruise ship
- Good English communication skills
- Experience in fine dining or high-volume service preferred
- Strong teamwork and multitasking skills
- Physically fit and able to work long hours onboard
Preferred Skills
- Wine and beverage knowledge
- POS system experience
- Guest service orientation
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
