About the Job
AMAN Thailand is recruiting Snack Attendants – Casual Dining to join Celebrity Cruises.
This position supports daily operations in casual dining and snack service areas onboard. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, have a service mindset, and are interested in building an international career in the cruise and hospitality industry.
Candidates with limited Food & Beverage experience may be considered, depending on their English communication skills, attitude, and overall suitability for the position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations in casual dining and snack service areas.
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve food, snacks, and beverages according to company standards.
- Prepare, set up, replenish, and maintain service stations.
- Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
- Assist guests with basic questions regarding food and beverage items.
- Support other Food & Beverage team members during busy service periods.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and company procedures.
- Maintain professional grooming and service standards at all times.
- Work effectively with multinational crew members in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant, café, hotel, fast food, catering, or Food & Beverage service is preferred.
- Candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience may be considered.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Comfortable interacting with international guests.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment.
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
- Willing and able to work onboard a cruise ship for the duration of the contract.
English Requirement
- Marlins English Test: Minimum 70%
- Candidates must be able to understand work instructions and communicate effectively in English during the interview and onboard.
