CREW RELATIONS SPECIALIST

Position: Crew Relations Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Crew Relations Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships with our crew members and ensuring their overall satisfaction while working on our ships. You will be responsible for handling all crew-related matters and providing support and resources to our crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact for all crew members regarding any issues or concerns they may have

- Conduct regular check-ins with crew members to assess their satisfaction and address any concerns or grievances

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure crew members have the necessary resources and support to perform their duties effectively

- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new crew members, including providing information on company policies and procedures

- Plan and coordinate crew events and activities to promote team building and boost morale

- Maintain accurate records of crew member information and documentation

- Stay updated on industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance and provide guidance to crew members

- Act as a liaison between crew members and management to resolve conflicts and promote a positive work environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in human resources or crew relations, preferably in the hospitality or cruise industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

- Willingness to travel and work on board our ships for extended periods of time
