About the Job
AMAN Thailand is recruiting Restaurant Attendants to join Royal Caribbean Cruises.
This position is suitable for candidates who are interested in building an international career in the hospitality and cruise industry. You will work as part of the Food & Beverage team, assisting with restaurant operations and delivering excellent service to guests from around the world.
Candidates with less than 1 year of relevant experience may be considered, depending on their overall profile, English communication skills, and service attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily restaurant and dining operations onboard.
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Assist with table setup, clearing, cleaning, and preparation of dining areas.
- Support waiters and other Food & Beverage team members during meal services.
- Serve food and beverages according to company service standards and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in assigned restaurant areas.
- Respond politely and professionally to guest requests.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, hygiene, and company procedures.
- Work effectively with multinational crew members in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform other duties assigned by supervisors or restaurant management.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in restaurant, hotel, café, catering, or Food & Beverage service is preferred.
- Candidates with less than 1 year of experience may be considered.
- Good customer service attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to communicate effectively in English.
- Comfortable working with guests from different cultures and nationalities.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional appearance.
- Willing and able to work onboard a cruise ship for the duration of the contract.
English Requirement
- Marlins English Test: Minimum 70%
- Candidates must be able to understand instructions and communicate in English during the interview and while working onboard.
