Job Overview:

As a Housekeeping Admin Assistant, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and team to ensure that all guest cabins, public areas, and crew quarters are kept clean and organized at all times. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene standards of our ships, which is essential for the health and safety of our guests and crew members.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Housekeeping Manager in coordinating and supervising the daily operations of the housekeeping department

Maintain accurate records of housekeeping inventory, supplies, and expenses

Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies and equipment

Conduct regular inspections of guest cabins, public areas, and crew quarters to ensure cleanliness and report any maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Manager

Assist with the training and development of new housekeeping staff

Handle guest complaints and requests related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner

Assist with the preparation of schedules and assignments for housekeeping staff

Maintain a safe and clean working environment for all housekeeping staff

Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping as needed

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a housekeeping or administrative role preferred

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
