Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Butler to join our team and provide exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, a keen eye for detail, and a strong work ethic. As a Butler, you will be responsible for creating a luxurious and personalized experience for our guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their stateroom or suite

- Assist with luggage and unpacking/packing as needed

- Provide personalized service and anticipate guests' needs throughout their stay

- Arrange and coordinate special requests, such as private dining or excursions

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the stateroom or suite

- Offer recommendations and suggestions for onboard activities and amenities

- Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless service for guests

- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns in a prompt and professional manner

- Create and maintain guest profiles to ensure personalized service for return guests

- Follow all company policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests and crew members

- Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve service skills and knowledge

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Butler in a luxury hotel or cruise ship setting

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate guests' needs

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time

- Must be able to lift and carry heavy items, up to 50 pounds

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
