Royal Caribbean is a leading cruise line company that offers unforgettable experiences to travelers around the world. We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Stateroom Attendant to join our team on a full-time, 6-month contract.

As a Stateroom Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests during their stay on our cruise ships. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest staterooms, ensuring that our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Qualifications

• Male/Female, Age 21 - 45
• 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in 4 - 5 star hotels or cruise ships
• Able to speak, read, and write in English
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
• High school graduate or equivalent (STCW certificate is a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, and corridors
• Make beds, change towels, and restock amenities
• Handle guest laundry services
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report malfunctions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with excellent service

Salary & Benefits
