Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at Royal Caribbean. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and assistance to our guests during their stay on our cruise ships. You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a crucial role in ensuring their overall satisfaction and enjoyment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures

- Provide information about onboard amenities, activities, and services

- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and shore excursions

- Coordinate special requests and arrangements for guests, such as celebrations or surprises

- Maintain a high level of knowledge about the ship's layout, events, and policies

- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance and recommendations

- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience

- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently

- Follow all company policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols

- Attend training sessions and meetings as required

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the hospitality industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including reservation and payment systems

- Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
