Stateroom Attendant

Job Overview

Maintain 12 - 17 guest staterooms and surrounding areas in a clean, tidy, and guest-ready condition. Provide service with a smile, following The Royal Way standards.

Qualifications

• Male/Female, Age 21 - 45
• 1-2 years of housekeeping experience in 4 - 5 star hotels or cruise ships
• Able to speak, read, and write in English
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs (23 kg)
• High school graduate or equivalent (STCW certificate is a plus)

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, balconies, bathrooms, and corridors
• Make beds, change towels, and restock amenities
• Handle guest laundry services
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report malfunctions
• Ensure guest satisfaction with excellent service

Salary & Benefits
