Job Overview

We are seeking motivated and disciplined Ordinary Seamen (OS) to join our container vessels. The OS will assist deck officers and Able Seamen in daily shipboard operations, maintenance, and safety duties, providing essential support to ensure vessel readiness and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in vessel navigation watch under the supervision of deck officers.
• Perform routine maintenance such as chipping, painting, cleaning, and greasing.
• Handle mooring, anchoring, and cargo operations under supervision.
• Participate in safety drills (fire, abandon ship, emergency response).
• Assist in steering and lookout duties as directed.
• Support Able Seamen and Bosun in deck operations and seamanship tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations onboard.

Qualifications

• Holding valid STCW certificates (Basic Training, Security Awareness, etc.).
• Previous experience at sea preferred but not required (training/cadetship accepted).
• Physically fit and able to perform shipboard duties in demanding environments.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Basic English for maritime communication (Marlins or equivalent preferred).
