Trucks & Cargo Details
- Your Fleet: Drive an assigned late-model Kenworth or Freightliner Cascadia—no slip-seating or sharing.
- Freight Style: 100% dry van hauling. No special endorsements, no hazmat, and no flatbeds.
- No Cargo Handling: Strictly zero driver touch. Customer freight is pre-loaded; you just drive.
- Operations: Mostly drop & hook for rapid turnarounds, with select scheduled live customer stops.
Territory & Home Time Schedule
- Dedicated Lanes: Run a predictable regional footprint with known routes before you leave the gate.
- Weekly Home Time: Clean 34-hour federal restart spent at home every single week.
- Optional Miles: Drivers wanting to maximize their paychecks can request extended time on the road.

Mentorship Program for Trainees
- All Experience Welcome: Open to both school grads and seasoned drivers.
- Paid Training: 4 to 5 weeks over-the-road with an experienced driver mentor at full standard orientation pay.

Hiring Criteria
- Active Class A CDL.
- Either a recent trucking school graduate certificate or 6 months minimum tractor-trailer experience.
- Must pass the standard DOT physical exam and drug screening.
- Maximum of 2 moving violations on your MVR within the last 3 years.
- Clean record: No DUI/DWI offenses in 36 months, and no felonies in the last 5 years.
