PAY & BONUSES

  • $0.65 CPM (all miles paid)
  • Performance Bonus: Up to $0.05 CPM paid monthly (Driver Scorecard – idle, service, compliance, safety)
  • Average Weekly Gross: $1,600 – $2,100
  • Average Weekly Miles: 2,500 - 3,000
  • Tarp Pay: $50.00 per tarp
  • Layover, Detention, Multi-Stop Pay

EQUIPMENT

  • Long Hood Kenworth W900s – average age 2–3 years old
  • Truck permanently assigned to driver
  • Take your truck home on time off (safe parking required; plug-in in cold weather – no idling)
  • Automatic and manual transmissions; requests accommodated
  • Front and rear-facing cameras
  • Inverters on all trucks; some with APUs
  • EZ Pass, PrePass, EFS fuel card, Motive/Qualcomm provided

FREIGHT

  • Lithium-ion batteries, server racks, AC units, and general freight
  • Approximately 30% tarping – drivers MUST be able to tarp
  • Zero hazmat

HOME TIME

  • 1 day home earned for every week out
  • More frequent home time available when running through primary lanes (Minneapolis – Dallas – Western OH corridor)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 23+ years of age
  • CDL-A
  • 2 years verifiable OTR T/T experience in the past 3 years
  • 1 year verified flatbed experience required – no flatbed training provided
  • Must pass company DOT physical (new physical required even with existing card)
  • Urine drug test required
  • No SAP drivers – lifetime disqualification
  • No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years
  • No felonies in the past 7 years
  • No more than 3 jobs in the past 12 months – no exceptions
  • No serious preventable crashes in the past 3 years
  • No major moving violations in the past 3 years
